Papa Francisco está nomeando bispos jovens para formar as arquidioceses, com o objetivo de acelerar mudanças na igreja e trazer novas perspectivas

Quando o papa Francisco fez a primeira viagem ao exterior de seu papado, para a Jornada Mundial da Juventude no Rio de Janeiro, em 2013, ele conclamou os jovens a fazerem "confusão" em suas igrejas locais, a agitar as coisas, mesmo que isso incomodasse seus bispos.
