Os militares consolidaram nesta sexta-feira (28) o golpe que derrubou o primeiro governo democraticamente eleito no Níger. O general Abdourahamane Tchiani foi nomeado o novo líder do país africano, que teve a Constituição suspensa. Com isso, os poderes Executivo e Legislativo ficam unificados sob o comando de Tchiani.
